We provide free support for each subscription to MRX. Any staff member from your school can call with questions or suggestions.
Support is available by phone from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. When you subscribe, you are given our home phone number, our cell phone number and email address. When you have a problem, we suggest you email us a date, time, time zone and phone number so that we can call you at our expense. We respond to email request by phone or email usually within 15 minutes.
All upgrades to Montessori Records Xpress are free. Upgrades consist of new features, enhancements to old features or corrections. To view a list of upgrades that subscribers have received for free since March of 2006 click here.
